New baby and new Crockery!

We are so happy to tell you that our baby Harry was born on July 20th at 1.48 in the morning weighing 8lb 4oz. Harry has been settling into our home for the past few weeks and is a good baby so far although we do miss our sleep! 

In the mean time we have been a little quiet on the tea hire front but will be out and about looking for new items soon! We did manage to pick up these lovely tea cup Trios over the weekend to add to our collection though!

Cherished Tea Party Hire website is now live!

The Cherished Tea Party Hire website went live last week! Kieran and I have been really excited as we have been building our Tea party hire collection over the past couple of weeks! You can also find some delightful vintage tea cup candles for sale on the site. My Mum has been making these pretty candles for a while, they make a perfect gift for your home or a special someone! I shall also be adding some tea party jewellery to the site, as I also have another website where I design and make vintage inspired jewellery. I have been making jewellery for about 7 years and have quite often designed pieces inspired by Alice in Wonderland, tea and cake and tea parties in general.

Please do take a look at the website! We will be supplying tea party crockery including tea pots, cake stands, tea cups and milk jugs to the Manchester area. If you need anything please just get in touch via the contact form on our website!

So here we are!

I'm so pleased to announce that myself and my fiance Kieran have decided to set up our business in tea party hire! We are both really excited as it's something we both feel passionate about and both enjoy. Having hosted tea parties of our own we decided to start collecting some unusual vintage tea party cups and saucers, tea pots, sugar bowls and milk jugs etc until eventually we decided that it would be a fabulous idea to help other people host their own tea parties by allowing them to hire some of our much loved pieces!

Our pieces will be especially suitable for Baby showers, hen parties, weddings and birthday parties. You really don't need an excuse to have a little get together with some tea and cake, lemonade and sandwiches so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you need our help! We are hoping to hire our pieces to people living in areas in and around Manchester and they will be available for pick up or delivery!

We currently have a website which is under construction but for now you can find us on Facebook or indeed this blog if you need any advice or guidance in the service we offer! Yesterday we had a little photo shoot to show a small selection of our vintage tea ware! Of course after the camera had gone we had left over cakes and tea to consume so had a little tea party of our own!
